How reorder attribution works

Plain-English answers on how customers stay linked to you, and what happens when a reorder arrives without your code.

›What is sticky first-touch attribution?

The first time someone orders through your code or link, that customer's email is permanently linked to you. From then on the link is never rewritten — every future order placed with that same email is credited to you automatically.

›Do I still get paid when a customer reorders without my code?

Yes. Once the link exists, your commission applies to reorders even if the customer forgets your code, orders straight from the catalog, or checks out from a different device. Those orders show up in your dashboard tagged Reorder.

›Why does my dashboard show a reorder with no code on the order?

That is the sticky link doing its job. The order was matched to you by the customer's email rather than by a code at checkout, so the commission is still yours. A missing code on a reorder never means missing credit.

›What if the customer uses a different email address?

The link is anchored to the email used at checkout. A brand-new email looks like a brand-new customer, so that order is only credited if your code or link is used on it. Encourage the people you refer to check out with the same email every time.

›What if someone else's code is entered on a reorder?

The lifetime link is not transferred. The customer stays attached to the affiliate who referred them first — no one can take over an existing customer by having them enter a different code.

›Are reorders paid at the same rate as first orders?

Yes — reorders earn your standard commission rate on the order value, with no time limit or expiry on the link. That is what makes repeat customers the most valuable ones you can send.

›A reorder is missing from my dashboard — what now?

First check the order was actually paid (pending crypto or failed payments do not count until they settle), and that the customer used the same email as their first order. If both are true and it is still missing after 24 hours, email us with the order number and we will review the attribution record manually.

How do I get paid?

Payouts are requested from your affiliate dashboard once your pending balance clears the program minimum. Available methods are PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and bank ACH.

What is the payout minimum?

$100 in pending commission. The dashboard shows your exact balance and tells you when you're eligible.

How is a sale attributed to me?

Your code is credited on any order it is applied to at checkout. We do not claim a cookie or tracking window — if the customer applies your code, the order is yours.

How do tiers work?

Ranks are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Spartan. Promotion is based on rolling 90-day referred revenue and happens automatically — no application required.
