I'm a pre-med student. I've spent the last few years inside textbooks, research journals, and at the gym before sunrise — three places that sound unrelated until you realize they're really the same conversation about how the human body actually works. Peptides sit right at that intersection.
What pulled me in wasn't the hype on social media. It was the literature. There's a staggering amount of high-quality research on peptides that almost never reaches the people who'd benefit from understanding it — clinicians-in-training, athletes, longevity nerds, anyone who treats their body like a system worth tuning.
