Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included on every order. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your label is generated. You can also view live tracking on your account orders page.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Free Shipping

Orders above the free-shipping threshold displayed in your cart qualify for complimentary domestic shipping. Otherwise, a flat rate is applied at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@aresresearchlab.com within 7 days of the carrier's last scan. See our Refund Policy for replacement procedures.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-ship fee.

Compliance

All shipments contain laboratory research materials only. Products are not for human consumption and are shipped under that classification.
