Custom pricing and dedicated account support for research institutions, contract labs, and high-volume buyers. All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use — not for human or veterinary consumption.
Approved accounts unlock a separate price book, batch reservation, and priority COA access.
How pricing and minimums are determined
Wholesale pricing is not a flat coupon. Six inputs decide the tier, the minimums, and the terms you're quoted.
Committed monthly volume
Tiers are set on rolling 90-day average spend, not a single order. Your first order can be below tier minimum — the tier is confirmed once volume holds.
Per-compound minimum order quantity
Discounts apply per compound, not across a mixed cart. Splitting volume over many SKUs lowers the effective tier for each.
Batch availability & lead time
Compounds in active batch get standard pricing. Made-to-order or pre-sale batches carry a longer lead time and are quoted separately.
Payment method
Crypto and ACH settle without processing fees and receive the best net price. Card orders are priced with the processing cost included.
Terms & credit history
NET terms are earned, not granted at signup. Two cleared prepaid orders unlock NET-15; NET-30 is reviewed at Tier 3 volume.
Documentation on file
A verifiable business entity, research-use acknowledgement, and (where applicable) resale or institutional license must be on file before an account is approved.
Review process
- 1. Submitted — your inquiry is logged and acknowledged by email.
- 2. Under review — we verify the business entity and any license or tax documentation (1 business day).
- 3. Quoted — you receive a tier assignment, per-compound minimums, and a written price book.
- 4. Approved — account opened, batch reservation and terms activated.
