Answers, without the wait

The questions researchers send us most — orders and tracking, shipping, payments, batch documentation, handling, and compliance.

MOST ASKED

Where is my order?

Enter your order number and we'll take you straight to its live status and tracking.

Track order

Orders & Tracking

Order status, tracking numbers, changes and cancellations.

Where is my order and how do I check its status?

Enter your order number (it starts with AR-) and the email used at checkout on the order tracking page. You'll see the current status and, once a label is created, the carrier tracking number. Every order confirmation and shipping email also contains a direct link that fills the order number in for you.

Track your order

I haven't received a tracking number yet — what does that mean?

Tracking is emailed as soon as the shipping label is purchased for your order. Until then the order shows as processing. If your order was placed on a business day before the cut-off and you still have no tracking after the next business day, email support@aresresearchlab.com with your order number and we'll check the label status.

Check order status

My tracking hasn't moved in several days.

Carrier scans can pause in transit, especially over weekends and holidays. If tracking shows no movement and the carrier confirms the package is lost, shipment protection covers it: email support@aresresearchlab.com with your order number within 7 days of the last scan and we reship the affected items free.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If a shipping label has not yet been purchased we can usually amend or cancel the order. Once the label is created and the package is handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be changed.

Contact support

My order isn't showing in my account.

Orders are matched to your account by the email address used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest or used a different address, the order won't appear in your account history — you can still look it up on the tracking page with the order number and that email. Email support@aresresearchlab.com if you'd like the order attached to your account.

Shipping

Dispatch times, destinations, and lost or damaged packages.

How fast do orders ship?

Paid orders placed on business days before the daily cut-off are packed and labelled the same day; orders after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays go out the next business day. Transit time after that depends on the carrier service and destination.

Read the shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically within the United States. We do not currently ship to Canada or other international destinations. If a destination is unavailable, checkout will not accept the address.

Read the shipping policy

How are products packaged and shipped?

Products are shipped in secure laboratory-grade packaging engineered to preserve material integrity in transit.

What happens if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?

Shipment protection is included on every domestic order at no extra cost. If tracking stalls and the carrier confirms the package is lost, if items arrive damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but the package never turned up, email support@aresresearchlab.com with your order number within 7 days of the last scan and we reship the affected items free. There is no insurance add-on to buy at checkout.

Do I need to buy shipping insurance?

No. Some suppliers sell shipping insurance as a paid add-on at checkout. We do not — lost, damaged, and stolen-after-delivery coverage is built into every order at no charge.

How do I file a shipment protection claim?

Email support@aresresearchlab.com with your order number, the tracking number, and a photo if items arrived damaged or a vial was broken. We open the carrier case, and once it is confirmed we purchase a replacement label and email you fresh tracking. Please contact support before filing a payment dispute — claims are handled faster directly.

Payments & Refunds

Accepted methods, failed payments, and refund policy.

Which payment method should I use?

We recommend Crypto, Zelle, or Cash App for the fastest, most secure checkout experience. Venmo and secure card checkout are also accepted.

My payment didn't go through — what now?

Nothing is charged when a checkout fails, and the order stays unpaid rather than disappearing. Open the payment link from your order email, or contact support with your order number and we'll send a fresh secure payment link so you can complete the same order without rebuilding your cart.

Request a new payment link

How long does a crypto payment take to confirm?

Crypto payments confirm on-chain, usually within minutes. The payment page updates automatically once the network confirms it, and your order status changes without any action from you. If the page still shows pending long after you sent funds, contact support with your order number and the transaction ID.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are research materials, orders that have already shipped are final sale. If your order has not shipped yet, or if something arrived damaged, incorrect or missing, email support@aresresearchlab.com with your order number and we'll resolve it — usually with a reship of the affected items.

Contact support

How does billing work for Ares One?

If you pay with crypto, your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. If you pay with card, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, your access lasts 30 days and must be manually renewed — we'll email you a reminder before it expires.

About Ares One

COAs & Testing

Batch documentation and third-party analysis.

Can I see the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for a product?

Yes. Published batch records are listed on the transparency page, and a COA for a specific batch can be requested through the contact form — quote the batch identifier printed on the vial label so we match the right lot.

View published batch records

What testing is performed on each batch?

HPLC purity against a ≥99% standard and identity confirmation, with endotoxin and heavy-metal screening available where a protocol requires it. Availability varies by lot and is confirmed at the time of the request.

Testing and transparency

Can documentation be issued to my institution rather than to me personally?

Yes. Records can be issued to a named laboratory or institutional research account; include the organisation name and the responsible research contact with the request.

Request batch documentation

Product Handling

Storage, presentation, purity and measurement references.

How should material be stored?

Sealed lyophilized vials are stored cold and protected from light, with long-term stability under refrigeration; once reconstituted, material is refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within a much shorter window. Exact figures for a given compound are printed on its product page and its batch record. Laboratory research use only.

What purity are compounds supplied at?

Compounds are supplied against a ≥99% HPLC purity benchmark with identity confirmation, verified by third-party analysis on a per-batch basis. The specific figures for a lot appear on that batch's COA.

Do you provide dosing or usage protocols?

No. Ares Research publishes compound, measurement and handling reference material only. No dosing schedules, administration guidance, or outcome claims are provided, and material is not for human or veterinary use.

How do I convert between mg and IU, or work out concentration?

The reconstitution calculator converts vial mass, diluent volume, resulting concentration and the derived IU figure. It is a documentation aid for recording laboratory measurements — it is not a protocol recommendation.

Open the reconstitution calculator

Peptide Pens

Dispensing pens, cartridge refills, hardware and made-to-order lead times.

What is a peptide pen?

A peptide pen is a dial-a-dose dispensing device. A sealed 3 mL glass cartridge of reconstituted material sits inside the barrel; turning a click-indexed wheel advances a threaded push rod by a fixed increment, and a single-use screw-on needle dispenses the measured volume. It replaces the vial-and-syringe workflow with a repeatable mechanical measurement.

Peptide pens overview

What is the difference between a prefilled pen and a cartridge refill?

A prefilled pen arrives as a complete unit filled with one compound and is used until the cartridge is empty. A cartridge refill is just the filled cartridge — it snaps into the reusable Ares Precision Pen you already own, which lowers the cost of every pen after the first.

How long do pen orders take to ship?

Pen fills are built to order in our lab. Allow 7–10 business days for assembly before the order ships. Pen hardware — the Ares Precision Pen, starter kit, needles and empty cartridges — ships from stock. When an order mixes formats, the whole order ships together once the pen is assembled.

Which compounds are available in pen format?

Every injectable compound in the Ares catalog can be supplied as a prefilled pen or a cartridge refill, at any of the vial sizes listed on that product page. GLP-3RT is the most requested pen fill. Capsules, nasal sprays, topical solutions and research-support items are not available in pen format.

Can I put more than one compound in a single pen?

No. Each cartridge is filled with a single compound so the batch COA, concentration and stability profile stay unambiguous. Researchers running more than one compound use one pen per compound, or one reusable pen with separate cartridges.

How is a pen priced compared with a vial?

Pen formats include the device or cartridge, the fill and the assembly labour, so they are priced above the equivalent lyophilized vial. Pen prices are fixed editorially and are not discounted by site-wide sale campaigns.

How should a pen be stored and handled?

Store filled pens and cartridges refrigerated and upright, keep them out of light, and do not freeze them. Use a fresh needle for every dispense and remove it afterwards so the cartridge septum stays closed. Full handling notes ship with every pen order.

What needles fit the Ares Precision Pen?

Standard screw-thread pen needles. We supply AR-PEN-N 32G × 4 mm single-use needles in 100 and 300 packs; any conventional pen needle with the same threading also fits.

Are pen products returnable?

Pen fills are made to order for a single customer and, like all research material, are final sale. Unopened hardware — pens, needles and empty cartridges — follows the standard returns policy on our shipping and returns page.

Are these devices for human use?

No. All Ares products, including pens, cartridges and needles, are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not drugs or medical devices and are not for human or veterinary use.

Questions researchers asked about products

Answered questions published on our product pages, most recent first.

Q: How should lyophilized and reconstituted HGH be stored in a laboratory setting?

A: Lyophilized recombinant HGH is typically stored refrigerated and protected from light; long-term storage in the published stability literature is at -20 °C. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, material is generally kept at 2–8 °C and not frozen or agitated vigorously, since growth hormone is sensitive to shear and freeze-thaw cycling. Follow your institution's validated handling SOPs.

HGH
Q: What does "HGH 191aa" mean in a research context?

A: The 191aa designation refers to the 191-amino-acid sequence of recombinant human growth hormone (somatropin), which is identical in sequence to the endogenous 22 kDa GH isoform. Older recombinant material was produced as a 192-amino-acid (met-HGH) variant. Sequence identity matters in research models because it affects receptor binding behaviour and immunogenicity data in the published literature. Supplied for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use.

HGH
Q: How is HGH shipped and does it stay stable in transit?

A: Orders ship domestically from the United States. Lyophilized material is shipped in its stable powdered form, which tolerates normal transit conditions; the vial should be refrigerated on arrival and reconstituted only when required by the protocol. Tracking is issued automatically once a label is generated. All material is sold strictly for laboratory research use — not for human consumption.

HGH
Q: How does HGH differ from HGH Fragment 176-191 in research models?

A: HGH is the full 191-amino-acid recombinant protein and acts across the GH receptor and downstream IGF-1 axis. HGH Fragment 176-191 is a short C-terminal fragment studied primarily in metabolic and lipolysis research models and does not reproduce the full receptor signalling profile of the intact protein. They are studied for different research questions and are not interchangeable reference materials.

HGH
Q: What third-party testing and COA documentation is available for each batch?

A: Each batch is produced to a ≥99% purity standard and supported by third-party analytical documentation. HPLC purity, identity confirmation, and — where applicable — endotoxin and heavy-metal testing may be provided on request to qualifying research accounts. Verified batch records that are not placeholders are published on the transparency page.

HGH
Q: How is HGH mass expressed in IU versus mg in research documentation?

A: Published growth hormone literature commonly reports both units. The conventional conversion used in the somatropin literature is approximately 3 IU per 1 mg of recombinant HGH. Researchers documenting protocols should record both the mass (mg) and the derived activity (IU) for each reconstituted vial, along with diluent volume, so results remain reproducible. This is reference information for laboratory documentation only and is not dosing guidance.

HGH
Q: How is MT-2 typically reconstituted in a research setting?

A: A common laboratory reconstitution uses bacteriostatic water at ratios chosen to match the study's dosing protocol (e.g., 1 mL BAC water per 10 mg vial for a 1 mg / 0.1 mL working concentration). Use the /tools/reconstitution-calculator for exact volumes. For in-vitro research use only.

MT-2
Q: How should MT-2 be stored to preserve peptide stability?

A: Lyophilized MT-2 is typically stored at -20°C protected from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within the timeframe specified by the study protocol. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade peptide integrity. For research use only.

MT-2
Q: Does Ares Research provide a Certificate of Analysis for MT-2?

A: Yes. Every MT-2 batch ships with a third-party HPLC and mass-spectrometry Certificate of Analysis documenting identity and purity. COAs are available on the product page and via /coa. Sold for in-vitro research use only — not for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.

MT-2
Q: What is MT-2 (Melanotan II) and what does research study?

A: MT-2 is a synthetic melanocortin receptor agonist studied in vitro for its effects on melanocortin signaling pathways, particularly MC1R and MC4R. Research literature examines pigmentation biology, appetite regulation, and sexual function endpoints. Sold strictly for laboratory research use — not for human consumption.

MT-2
Q: How long is reconstituted HGH stable under refrigeration?

A: Reconstituted HGH is typically stored at 2–8°C and remains stable for 14–21 days in most protocols. Follow your study SOP for exact limits.

HGH
Q: What purity level is Ipamorelin supplied at?

A: Ipamorelin is manufactured to ≥99% purity, verified by third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry with COA per batch.

Ipamorelin
Q: How does Ipamorelin differ from CJC-1295 in research models?

A: Ipamorelin is a GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptide) that acts on the ghrelin receptor to induce pulses, while CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that raises baseline GH signaling. See /compare/ipamorelin-vs-cjc-1295-no-dac for a mechanism-level comparison.

Ipamorelin
Q: What is a common reconstitution ratio for Ipamorelin?

A: A common ratio is 2 mL bacteriostatic water per 5 mg vial (yielding 2.5 mg/mL). Use /tools/reconstitution-calculator to match your protocol's target concentration.

Ipamorelin
Q: Is Ipamorelin for human use?

A: No. Ipamorelin is supplied for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary consumption.

Ipamorelin
Q: What purity is CJC-1295 (No DAC) supplied at?

A: Every batch is manufactured to ≥99% purity and verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry, with a public batch COA on the product page.

CJC-1295 (No DAC)
Q: What is the difference between CJC-1295 with and without DAC?

A: CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) has a short half-life measured in minutes and is studied for pulsed GH signaling; the DAC variant binds serum albumin and extends half-life to roughly 8 days. See /compare/cjc-1295-dac-vs-cjc-1295-no-dac.

CJC-1295 (No DAC)
Q: How is CJC-1295 (No DAC) reconstituted?

A: Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water added slowly against the vial wall. Swirl gently until fully dissolved; do not shake.

CJC-1295 (No DAC)
Q: What purity standard is BPC-157 supplied at?

A: Every BPC-157 batch is synthesized to ≥99% purity as verified by third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry. Batch-specific COAs are published on the product page.

BPC-157
Q: What is the certified purity of Tesamorelin?

A: Tesamorelin is supplied at ≥99% purity, verified by third-party HPLC-MS with a batch-specific COA.

Tesamorelin
Q: How does Tesamorelin compare to CJC-1295 in research use?

A: Both are GHRH analogs; Tesamorelin is a stabilized GHRH(1-44) with a longer functional half-life than native GHRH, while CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a 1-29 fragment optimized for pulsatile signaling. See /compare/tesamorelin-vs-cjc-1295-no-dac.

Tesamorelin
Q: What storage conditions are recommended for Tesamorelin?

A: Store lyophilized vials at -20°C protected from light. Reconstituted solutions are held at 2–8°C and used within the timeframe defined by the study protocol.

Tesamorelin
Q: Is Tesamorelin approved for human use through this supplier?

A: No. All Tesamorelin supplied by Ares Research Lab is for laboratory research use only.

Tesamorelin
Q: What purity standard applies to GLP-3RT?

A: GLP-3RT (research retatrutide analog) is manufactured to ≥99% purity, validated by HPLC and mass spectrometry with a public batch COA.
