Lost in transit
If the carrier stops scanning your package, email support with your order number. Once the carrier investigation is opened, confirmed lost domestic shipments are reshipped at no cost.
Arrives damaged
Broken vial, compromised seal, or a cold pack that failed? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace the affected items — you keep the original shipment.
Wrong or missing items
Short-shipped or sent the wrong vial? We pull the packing record, purchase a new label the same business day, and email you fresh tracking.
Marked delivered but missing
Package shows delivered and it never turned up? Report it within 7 days of the delivery scan and we reship the order free once the carrier's location check comes back — no police report, no insurance add-on.

How material is sourced, documented and shipped
The practices below describe our own supply chain controls. They are procedural statements, not performance claims — all materials are supplied for laboratory research use only.
Sourcing and intake
Material is received against a named lot, logged at intake, and held in quarantine until its documentation is matched to the batch on file.

Each lot is tied to a certificate of analysis with the method and analysis date stated. Lots not yet published are documented on request.
COA library →Storage and handling
Lyophilised vials are stored under controlled conditions and pulled to order. Storage conditions are printed on the label, not left to inference.
Handling standards →Secure packaging
Vials are seated in moulded inserts inside rigid outers, tamper-evident sealed, and packed with discreet, unbranded exteriors. Cold packs are used where the material requires it.

Lot numbers are verified against the order line at pack-out and recorded, so the vial you receive can be traced back to its certificate.
