Refund Policy
All Sales Final · No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Due to the regulated, research-grade nature of our compounds and the non-reversible payment methods we accept (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cryptocurrency), all orders placed with Ares Research LLC are final once submitted. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Why all sales are final
- Research compounds are sensitive materials that cannot be resold or returned to inventory once shipped.
- Manual payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, crypto) are non-reversible by their nature.
- Each batch is tested, sealed, and prepared specifically for research customers; we cannot guarantee chain-of-custody on returned material.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement shipment of the same items. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if payment has not yet been submitted or verified. Once payment is verified, the order is final and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an unpaid order.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Acknowledgement
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, that products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research only, and that you waive any right to a refund, return, or exchange.
