Health & Research Data Disclosure
Last updated: May 2026
1. What Ares One is
Ares One is a self-directed wellness and research-tracking tool. It helps you organize compounds, log doses, rotate injection sites, track inventory, journal check-ins, and review trends in your own data. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, electronic health record, or treatment service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
2. What data you choose to log
- Compounds, doses, vials, schedules, and inventory you enter
- Self-reported check-ins, side effects, journal entries, and goals
- Body measurements, lab values, and progress photos you upload
- Reminder preferences and notification tokens
- Account email and authentication metadata
You decide what to record. Nothing in Ares One is required for an account to exist.
3. Who can see your data
All wellness and research-tracking data is private to your account, protected by row-level security in our database. Only you (and any coach you explicitly invite) can read it. We do not sell, lease, or share this data with advertisers, brokers, or third parties.
4. Where data is stored
Data is stored in our managed Lovable Cloud (PostgreSQL) backend hosted on AWS infrastructure. Backups are encrypted at rest. Connections between your device and our backend use TLS in transit.
5. Export & portability
You can export your full research log as CSV or PDF at any time from Settings. Your data belongs to you.
6. Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and every piece of wellness data we hold from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and runs immediately: every row in our app tables tied to your user ID, every uploaded photo, and your authentication record are removed. We retain only the minimum financial records required by law (e.g. invoices for paid subscriptions).
7. Apple Health / Google Fit
Future Elite-tier integrations may read selected metrics from Apple HealthKit or Google Fit with your explicit permission. We will only request the specific data types needed for the feature you enable, and we will never write to those platforms without consent. These integrations are not yet active.
8. Not medical advice
Ares One is intended for educational and self-directed research use by adults. It does not replace consultation with a qualified medical professional. If you are pursuing a wellness or experimental compound protocol, speak with a licensed physician familiar with your history.
9. Your rights
Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), and other privacy jurisdictions have rights to access, correct, export, and delete personal data. The export and delete flows above satisfy these rights directly. For any other request, contact us at support@aresresearchlab.com.
10. Changes
We will update this page whenever data practices change and post the new "last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced in-app.
