Branded packaging & the Ares SKU system
Every pen, cartridge and needle pack ships in a matte black Ares Research carton with a gold foil wordmark, a tamper-evident seal and a printed part number. The same code appears on the carton, the packing slip and your order status page, so a shipment can be matched to its batch at a glance.
What's in the box
Matte black board with gold foil wordmark, die-cut foam cradle for the pen body.
Gold seal band across the lid. A broken seal on arrival means the shipment is replaced.
The ARS- part number and batch ID are printed on the carton end panel and the packing slip.
Prefilled pens and cartridge refills ship with an insulated sleeve and gel pack.
How the SKU reads
Ares part numbers follow one pattern: ARS-FAMILY-COMPOUND-SIZE. The family tells you the format, the compound code identifies the material and the size closes it out.

Matching a carton to your order
Compare the part number on the carton end panel with the SKU listed on your order status page. If they differ, or a tamper seal arrives broken, contact support before opening the pen and we will replace the shipment.
