What is Semax?
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide with the sequence Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, constructed from the ACTH(4-10) fragment with an appended Pro-Gly-Pro tripeptide that increases resistance to aminopeptidase cleavage.
